Youth of Nations Project of the Arts, Inc. is a not-for-profit philanthropic organization which, through its programs such as Project for the Arts, ArtsHost, and ArtMOVES, is designed to provide funding, sponsorship, representation, promotions and production, education, art therapy, and free-of-charge support services to local artists and at-risk youth artists. Youth of Nations also provides arts programs for hard-of-hearing youth. It is the organization's philosophy that art, in its various forms, serves as a universal language that can assist in fostering and facilitating a more peaceful global environment for all.
Extending outwards from its grassroots, Youth of Nations: Project for the Arts is here to serve the global community. By providing funding, sponsorship, promotion, production, representation and support services to artists, at-risk populations, and non-profit events, as well as offering arts classes and camps to all, the organization seeks to promote the concept of artistic expression as a medium for encouraging peaceful interaction amongst all peoples, via their shared common interests and passion for the arts.
Youth of Nations Project of the Arts, Inc. is a non-profit, philanthropic arts-based organization whose philosophy was conceived by its lead director, Pamela Nolan. Director Nolan has had extensive experience travelling throughout the world, as a military spouse for nearly 20 years, and holds Masters Degrees in International Relations, specializing in Conflict Resolution and Cultural Affairs, and in International Business, specializing in International Copyright Laws and Music and Film Trade Issues. In the course of her travels and studies, Pamela Nolan spent much time researching possibilities for peaceful resolution to many international conflicts. In the course of her research, what she discovered is that peace can be had if it's initiated from the individual levels of societies and found too that in all societies, throughout the globe, expressions of art serve to unite people in peace. Youth of Nations: Project for the Arts, therefore, operates according to its motto of Making Art Piece by Peace.
